About Us

Mark Dawson

Mark is a graduate of the University of Texas-Austin and a second generation custom home builder. He worked in the family construction business at all levels and has developed extensive knowledge of the construction process. Mark has also traveled extensively throughout Europe and Asia. During his travels, Mark gained an appreciation for multiple architectural styles, which ultimately lead to him becoming an accomplished draftsperson. Combining his hands-on construction experience with his skills in drafting, Mark has developed a fluid knowledge between architecture and application, which is now the basis of the company’s quality control, cost management and building processes.

When Mark is not designing or building homes, he can usually be found cycling or enjoying central Austin’s active lifestyle with his wife, Tomoko, and two daughters.

Dean Lupul

Dean received his law degree from the University of Alberta in Canada and has worked in real estate investments, construction and related services for over 20 years. Having practiced law in a real estate group of an international law firm, Dean was convinced that hands-on experience would be a more fulfilling route. He decided real estate development, renovation, and marketing were a natural transition. With his combined educational and work experiences, Dean has become an expert in developing detailed company processes and real estate valuation. Dean also holds his real estate license and is considered a green building professional.

Dean spends his free time playing hockey, coaching his daughters’ soccer teams and water-skiing on Lake Austin. Having come from Canada, Dean and his wife, Jennifer, are particularly appreciative of the many outdoor opportunities afforded by Austin’s mild climate.
